At Trio Voice and Speech Consulting, we are an out-of-network practice that provides highly individualized, evidence-based care through a private pay model. We do not participate in commercial insurance networks; however, we do accept Medicare Part B beneficiaries. This approach allows us to offer flexible scheduling, direct access to specialized services, and personalized care without many of the limitations often imposed by third-party payers.
Payment is due at the time of service. For patients with commercial insurance, we are happy to provide a detailed invoice (superbill) upon request, which you may choose to submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
We understand that navigating healthcare costs can be challenging and are committed to being transparent about our fees and services. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
